We are seeking an English-speaking Arab national Sales Executive (Preferably Female) with valid U.A.E Driving License to join us. The ideal candidate must have a minimum 3 years of U.A.E experience in sales within the food industry. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, managing and expanding relationships with key clients across multiple channels, including Horeca (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering), institutional buyers, trading companies, and other relevant sectors. · Actively sell and promote frozen meat products to Horeca, institutional buyers, catering companies, and trading firms in the UAE.
· Identify and target new business opportunities within the UAE market and develop strategies for growth.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
· Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build and maintain a strong network.
· Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Regularly meet with clients to ensure their requirements are met and deliver customized solutions.
· Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the frozen meat product segment.
· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
· Establish new partnerships and alliances with companies in the foodservice, catering, and wholesale sectors.
· Drive market awareness and positioning of frozen meat products through targeted marketing efforts.
· Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product range, quality standards, and the benefits of frozen meat products.
