Content and Communication Specialist (Arabic Speaker)

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a renowned University in the UAE. Our client is hiring for a Content and Communication Specialist who will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive communication and fundraising strategies that support institutional advancement goals. Reporting directly to the Director of Advancement and Alumni Affairs, this role demands a strategic thinker with outstanding communication skills and a strong background in integrated communications.

- Design and implement a cohesive, multi-channel communication strategy to engage donors and alumni.
- Ensure consistent, positive representation of the institution to external stakeholders across all communication channels.
- Collaborate closely with the strategic communication team to ensure alignment and amplify key messages.
- Actively participate in multimedia and live-streaming events related to fundraising and donor engagement.
- Coordinate with leadership, academic departments, and development teams to align communication strategies with fundraising goals.
- Conduct market research to support donor engagement and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze communication trends and provide recommendations to improve donor targeting and segmentation.
- Assist in preparing customized fundraising proposals and campaign materials.
- Support the Director of Advancement and Alumni Affairs with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in strategic communications, ideally within an educational or non-profit environment.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English, with exceptional written communication skills in both languages.

Skills

- Master's degree in Special Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
- Certification or license in psychology preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in psychology or counseling, with at least 5 years working with individuals with disabilities.
