Our client is looking for a FFE Specialist for furniture, procurement and design coordination Job Description: • Collaborating with clients, responsible for researching, selecting, and specifying appropriate FF&E. • Collaborating with design team to develop space plans that optimize functionality. • Creating detailed and visually appealing material boards that showcased a curated selection of materials, fabrics, finishes, and furniture. • Developing cohesive colour schemes for all areas, by considering aesthetics, lighting, and brand identity. • Presenting design concepts to clients and gathering feedback. • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality materials, furnishings, and finishes within specified budgets.

Qualifications: • 5-10 years experience in a similar FF&E procurement like Selecting, sourcing, and design coordination. • Strong knowledge of luxury suppliers, finishes, and custom fabrication. • Excellent organisation and time management skills. • Proficiency in Excel and procurement tracking tools. • Familiarity with interior design drawings, floorplans, and design intent documents, managing international orders. • Liaise with suppliers, artisans, and fabricators (locally and internationally). • Strong attention to detail, especially in quality control and finish selection. • Previous experience in high-end residential /Villa or hospitality projects in the UAE or Europe (both is highly preferred).
