Factory Manager – Joinery & Interior Fit Out

Our Client, an European Interior Build & Contracting Group is looking to hire a smart, talented & highly experienced Joinery Factory Manager to oversee their Joinery Production Facility. RESPONSIBILITIES : - Supervise day-to-day operations of the joinery workshop/factory. - Manage production schedules as per project requirement to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. - Oversee material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory control. - Lead a team of carpenters, machinists, and other factory staff. - Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and factory discipline. - Monitor quality assurance and implement corrective actions when needed. - Maintain all machines and tools in good working condition. - Coordinate with project managers and design teams for timely execution. - Prepare weekly reports on productivity, material consumption, and staffing.

Bachelors in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field Minimum 5-7 years of UAE experience in a managerial role of Joinery Factory is mandatory Highly experienced in joinery production processes, carpentry and woodworks machinery Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of production workflows, machinery, quality control and team supervision
