Our client, a leading organization in the business setup and free zone sector, is looking for an Operations Registrar to join their growing team. This role is essential in managing immigration, visa, and licensing processes, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle initial pre-approvals for new business setups and license amendments.
- Process and release immigration cards (new, renewals, amendments, and cancellations).
- Manage visa applications including entry visas, residence visas (new and renewal), change of status, and cancellations.
- Prepare and release immigration reports, employee lists, and movement records.
- Process designation amendments and passport transfer requests.
- Handle absconding cases and other immigration-related applications.
- Manage e-channel processing in ERP and related systems.
- Support other subdepartments as needed.
- Maintain accurate data sheets, Shams database records, and daily task reports.
- Ensure operations SLA and timelines are achieved.
- Provide process improvement ideas and feedback.
- Perform administrative and clerical tasks as required.
- At least Secondary School graduate.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience as a typist or office administrator; experience in free zone/business setup organizations is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate, with English and Arabic typing skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Process-driven, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
