The primary function of this roles is to sell and support life cycle services for Eaton PMCC products and solutions to targeted customers with the responsibility to provide sales and technical assistance in close co-ordination with authorized service providers, customers, end users, and area sales managers.
What you’ll do:
Drive business development, forecast accuracy, and achieve strategic goals by leading key customers through the entire business cycle.
Manage, Grow and Execute on a pipeline of new and existing accounts and opportunities.
Expanding Power Distribution Portfolio in respective cluster/country region
Partners with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit Power Distribution service business.
Identifies new service business opportunities and acts as the leader for promoting Power Distribution Service business
Solid Market intelligence, especially UAE market, being an expert on Switchgear Service business, how the customer buy and their buying criteria; be an expert on competition and how to differentiate against them.
Proactive sales approach through mapping installed base of EATON legacy systems Assessment of the opportunities, risk analyses, product/solution development/offering coordinating within the respective functions:
Create Sales pipeline and update clients visits with a minimum of 5 visits a week till cover the market efficiently.
CRM data analysis for respective cluster/country, pipeline quality, forecast, hit rate, orders development vs profit planning.
Supports implementation of respective cluster/country service contracts, agreements with key account customers, allocation of inquiries within the respective cluster/country, ensuring fast response to customers.
Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings.
Attend industry events and stay up-to-date on market trends, advancements and best practices to maintain competitive positioning.
Qualifications:
Educated at Bachelors’ degree or equivalent, preferably in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of strong experience in sales, business development for power distribution products and solutions
Skills:
Problem Solver and resilient professional with promising willingness to grow
Experience in dealing with and conducting negotiations with customers.
Market and technology survey, working knowledge of respective cluster/country market, trends, competitors.
Strong communication skills, fluent in English, other EMEA languages are a plus
An entrepreneurial mindset able to influence stakeholders.
