Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finishing Carpenter to join our professional interior and fit-out team. The ideal candidate must have comprehensive experience in all types of finishing carpentry works, ensuring precision, quality, and a perfect final touch in every project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform all kinds of wood finishing works, including doors, door frames, skirting, wall panels, cabinets, wardrobes, and decorative joinery.

- Install and finish wooden floors, wall cladding, and ceiling details with accuracy and high craftsmanship.

- Carry out furniture assembly and on-site adjustments according to design and measurements.

- Execute veneering, edge banding, polishing, and laminating to achieve high-quality finishing.

- Work with solid wood, MDF, veneer, laminate, and other finishing materials.

- Read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings accurately to ensure precise execution.

- Coordinate closely with the fit-out, gypsum, and painting teams to ensure perfect alignment and finishing.

- Maintain tools, materials, and a clean, organized working environment.

- Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining company quality standards.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a finishing carpenter in interior or fit-out projects.

- Excellent knowledge of all types of carpentry tools, machines, and materials.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering premium finishing quality.

- Ability to work independently or within a team.

- Physically fit and capable of handling site work efficiently.
