About the Role

We are looking for a Master Wood Flooring Installer with exceptional technical skills and a deep passion for craftsmanship. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in luxury wood flooring installation, including complex patterns, precision detailing, and finishing work for high-end residential and hospitality projects.

We are especially interested in Filipino or Indonesian professionals currently based in the UAE with strong backgrounds in wood flooring, parquetry, or fine carpentry.

Key Responsibilities

• Install engineered and solid wood flooring (herringbone, chevron, marquetry, and bespoke designs).
• Prepare and level subfloors to perfection.
• Apply adhesives, trims, and finishes with accuracy and consistency.
• Read and execute layout plans with exact alignment and symmetry.
• Handle high-value European materials carefully and professionally.
• Supervise or train junior installers when required.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and detail-oriented workspace.

• Strong finishing, cutting, and detailing skills.
• Excellent workmanship and pride in delivering flawless results.
• English communication required.
• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
• Filipino or Indonesian nationality preferred.
