Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fit-out and interior design market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project presentations to clients.
Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust strategies accordingly.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
