Front Desk Receptionist

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors professionally and courteously
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain office supplies, records, and filing systems
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings
  • Assist agents and management with documentation, listings, and CRM updates
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
  • Coordinate with maintenance and service providers for office needs
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and petty cash records
  • Support HR and recruitment tasks when required


Skills


  • Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role (real estate preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a bonus
