Overview Of The Role:
The IT Analyst plays a vital role in maintaining the seamless operation of store IT systems, directly influencing daily sales, customer experience, and coworker productivity. Working closely with various functions, the role involves supporting ERP application engagements, managing new implementations, upgrades, and extensions. The analyst works to ensure all critical IT infrastructure and applications are optimized and available to support ongoing operational needs, aligning closely with the Regional IT Ops Manager to meet these objectives.
What You Will Do:
- Manage and maintain business applications and databases, ensuring data quality and accuracy to improve system efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day IT operations, requests, and incidents for multiple stores/business units regionally, ensuring quick response and resolution times.
- Coordinate and implement digital and IT solutions across various channels, ensuring successful rollouts with minimal post-implementation issues.
- Support market expansion projects by configuring and implementing Digital and IT solutions in line with project timelines.
- Assist in the development and implementation of D365/NAV/BC solutions, and design and develop integrations with other systems.
- Ensure optimal performance and availability of critical IT infrastructure and applications to support daily store operations.

What Qualifies You For The Role:
- 5+ years of experience as an IT analyst in the retail industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of ERP solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV/BC, D365, and CRM365.
- Proficient in managing databases (SQL, Oracle) and troubleshooting technical issues.
- 1-2 years of experience with D365, BC, or NAV solutions.
