JOB DESCRIPTION:

Function: Project Management
Department Reports to: Project Director Head of Operations
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Planning, organizing, and managing all fit-out and joinery project activities to ensure completion on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards.
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, including schedule, manpower, material, and budget allocation.• Define project execution strategy and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.• Manage inspection records, progress billing, and as-built documentation.
- Oversee all site operations, including workforce, subcontractors, materials, and equipment.• Handle on-site technical, material, and manpower-related issues.• Ensure compliance with company procedures, fire safety, and HSE regulations.
- Monitor the quality of joinery and interior finishing works against approved drawings and specifications.• Conduct inspections and coordinate with QA/QC to ensure quality assurance procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Design, QS, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE) for smooth project execution.• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to report progress and handle additional requirements.• Represent the company in meetings with stakeholders and ensure professional communication.
- Mentor and train site teams to enhance project management and execution capability.• Build teamwork spirit and encourage accountability and performance excellence.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Skills
Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
Must have a Strong understanding of fit-out, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works
In-depth knowledge of project management process, cost control, contract management and quality standards
With a minimum experience of 10 years in interior fit-out or joinery projects, including at least 5 years in project management roles
Someone with experience in Project Planning & Resource Management
Proficient in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
Capable of interpreting technical drawings and ensuring compliance with specifications1
Skilled in site coordination, subcontractor management, and problem-solving
Results-oriented and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Has great attention to detail and commitment to quality
