We’re looking for a driven, structured, and relationship-oriented Sales Manager to expand our network of rental and mobility partners across the MENA region.
This is a full-cycle sales role — from market research and outreach to deal closing and partner onboarding. You’ll work closely with our founders and growth team to bring new partners on board, optimize performance, and contribute directly to Cardoo’s regional expansion.
What You’ll Do
- Identify, engage, and onboard new car rental and mobility partners across the region
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and outreach to contract signing and activation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and operational teams
- Conduct market research and propose tailored partnership models for each market
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention
- Track KPIs and pipeline performance in CRM (HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and visibility
- Represent Cardoo in partner meetings, conferences, and industry events

Skills
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in rentals, fintech, or mobility
- Proven ability to drive deals end-to-end and exceed targets
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), Arabic is a plus
- Based in Dubai or ready to work with MENA clients remotely during business hours
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Data-driven mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
