Job Purpose:

• Lead and supervise all mechanical construction activities including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems.
• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and other disciplines to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Support project planning and scheduling in coordination with the Planning Department.
• Manage site engineers and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery.
• Prepare project reports, inspection requests, and documentation for project handover.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in mechanical works within a main contracting company in the UAE or GCC.
• Proven experience in high-rise buildings, villas, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, firefighting, and MEP coordination.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and familiarity with Primavera P6 preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
