Responsibilities

• Oversee real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Conduct property valuations, listing presentations, and market analyses.
• Stay current with local market trends, zoning regulations, and financing options.
• Ensure compliance with RERA real estate laws and brokerage policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or brokerage.
• Strong communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of successful transactions.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proficient in CRM systems and real estate marketing tools.
