We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer with at least 5 years of professional experience to join our consultancy team in Ajman. The candidate should have solid experience in the design and supervision of HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems for building projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems for various building types
- Prepare design drawings, load calculations, and material specifications
- Coordinate with architects, structural, and electrical teams
- Review and approve technical and shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience (preferably in a consultancy environment)
- Proficient in mechanical design software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and local authority regulations (FEWA/SEWA/DEWA)
- Excellent technical, communication, and coordination skills
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Ajman
