We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team at a leading General Engineering Consultancy in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of electrical systems and components, with a focus on innovation and efficiency. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the implementation of electrical systems for various projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other engineering disciplines.
Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare electrical layouts, load schedules, and calculations
- Coordinate with architects and other engineering disciplines
- Review and approve technical drawings and shop drawings
- Ensure compliance with local codes and project specifications
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE (preferably in a consultancy)
- Proficient in electrical design software (AutoCAD, Dialux, Revit MEP, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and DEWA/FEWA/SEWA standards
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Ajman
