Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Civil Finishing Engineer to manage and oversee finishing and interior works for luxury private villa projects in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-end residential finishing, excellent coordination skills, and a deep understanding of quality standards in the UAE construction sector.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage all finishing works including marble, woodwork, joinery, painting, tiling, and decorative elements.
- Coordinate closely with architects, interior designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site inspections, ensure adherence to design and quality standards, and maintain high workmanship levels.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently to prevent delays and rework.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in finishing works for luxury villas in the UAE or GCC region.
- Proven interior and finishing experience in private villa projects.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
- Must be currently based in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of high-end materials, finishes, and modern construction techniques.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
