Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across Bayt.com, Talentera, YallaMotor, and other group subsidiaries.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements, job descriptions, and hiring plans.
- Conduct sourcing, screening, assessments, and interview processes.
- Own onboarding workflows including documentation, system setup, induction scheduling, and probation follow-up.
2. Compensation, Benefits and HR Compliance
- Support salary structuring, benchmarking, and compensation governance activities.
- Coordinate compensation discussions, exception workflows, and offer preparation.
- Ensure accurate salary inputs, contract renewals, and benefits administration.
- Maintain compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal audit requirements.
- Prepare documentation for internal controls, audits, and HR policy governance.
3. Learning, Development and Performance Enablement
- Coordinate groupwide training initiatives, onboarding programs, and development sessions.
- Handle training logistics, communication, attendance tracking, and post-training evaluations.
- Support execution of performance review cycles, documentation management, and follow-through.
- Maintain training dashboards and contribute to skill development initiatives.
4. HR Digitization and Process Optimization
- Drive digitization of HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, compensation, and HR operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, BI) to automate workflows and improve HR systems.
- Develop and manage standard operating procedures, templates, and policy documentation.
- Identify process gaps and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and HR service delivery.
5. Employee Experience, Wellbeing and Engagement
- Serve as a first-line HR contact for employee queries, concerns, and support needs.
- Assist in implementing engagement activities, recognition programs, and wellbeing initiatives.
- Track employee sentiment and contribute to building a positive, inclusive culture.
- Support exit processes and ensure smooth offboarding workflows.
6. HR Operations, Analytics and Reporting
- Maintain employee files, HRIS data, and lifecycle documentation.
- Prepare periodic HR reports covering recruitment, compensation, training, and workforce metrics.
- Leverage HR analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy of HR records and reporting required for leadership reviews.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience across recruitment, HR operations, and compensation; experience in tech or fast-paced organizations preferred.
- Strong expertise in compensation coordination, analytics, and HR compliance.
- Proficiency with HR systems, ATS platforms, automation tools, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and a people-first mindset.
- Familiarity with MENA labor laws and regulations.
