  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Follow call scripts and comply with call center policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide professional customer service.
  • Upsell or cross-sell additional products when appropriate.
  • Report feedback, issues, and trends to the sales manager.

Skills

  • Experience in telesales, telemarketing, call center, or related role (preferred).
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and confident phone manner.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • High level of professionalism and customer focus
