Position Title:       Imports Clearance Executive

Salary:             up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus petrol allowance

Job Description: 

- Manage end-to-end import clearance, customs documentation, and UAE authority approvals.

- Prepare and verify all shipment documents to ensure full regulatory compliance.

- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal teams for smooth clearance and delivery.

- Maintain accurate records and update shipment status, reports, and compliance logs.

Skills

Qualifications:  

- Open to Female Arabic speakers, 35 years old and below

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Public Relations, or related field; Diploma or Certification in Customs Clearance, Government Relations, or PRO services is an advantage

- At least 3 years’ UAE experience in the similar role with valid UAE driving license

- Proficiency in MS Office and online government portals
