  • Greet guests and present menus in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
  • Serve dishes and drinks promptly and correctly.
  • Check on guests during their meal and handle any requests or complaints.
  • Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area.
  • Ensure proper table setup, cutlery, and service standards.
  • Process bills and assist with cash/card payments if required.
  • Follow restaurant grooming, hygiene, and safety standards.


Skills


  • Minimum 1 year experience in F&B service (preferred).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Presentable, polite, and able to multitask.
  • Basic English required; additional languages are a plus.
