We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Waiter to join our Kerala-style South Indian restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a South Indian restaurant and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Packing for Delivery Orders

• Pack food items neatly and accurately based on order slips.
• Ensure proper presentation, correct labeling, and safe packaging for delivery.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and delivery personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Customer Interaction & Dine-In Service

• Greet and interact with customers politely.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dining area.

General Tasks

• Maintain hygiene standards during food handling.
• Support kitchen and service staff as needed.
• Follow restaurant procedures and daily workflow.

Compensation & Benefits

• AED 1,200 monthly salary (negotiable for higher-experience workers).
• Free food and accommodation
• One day off per week

Skills

• Prior experience as a waiter, preferably in a South Indian (Kerala) restaurant.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and kitchen staff.
• Malayalam-speaking candidates preferred.
• Candidates currently in the UAE are strongly preferred.
• Must be hardworking, reliable, and willing to handle both dine-in service and delivery packing tasks.
