We are a fast-growing bakery specializing in high-quality sandwiches and burger buns. Our focus is on consistent quality, fresh ingredients, and innovative bakery products. We are looking for a talented Bakery Chef who is passionate about dough, baking, and creating perfect buns every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and handle dough for buns and sandwich bread according to recipes and standards.
  • Mix, knead, proof, and shape dough with precision and consistency.
  • Operate commercial ovens, mixers, and other bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all baked products meet quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Train and guide junior bakers or kitchen staff when needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bakery workspace.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bakery chef / baker, especially in dough handling and buns.
  • Knowledge of yeast fermentation, proofing, and baking techniques.
  • Familiarity with commercial bakery equipment.
  • Attention to detail and consistency in quality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
  • Culinary degree or relevant bakery certification is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
