Job Description:
- Brainstorm with the Fashion Design team to select the seasonal themes, mood board and create new inspiration for the brand.
- Manage design process from conception through to final styling with the Fashion Design team
- Prepare the collection with 30-50 option based on agreed color palette, mood board and fabric.
- Supervise, coach, train the team, and provide support needed.

Qualifications:
- Expert in designing a Fashion Collection from planning to execution
- At least 10 years experience in Fashion Design
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion design or a related field preferred
- Strong computer knowledge, including adobe illustrator , adobe Photoshop and CAD
