Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a technical background combined with strong sales skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and delivering technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company products and services to existing and potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers regarding products and services.
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and presentations to clients.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.

- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed on industry trends.

- BE/BTech Graduate
- Minimum of 2 yrs of relevant work experience
- Strong Sales Skills
- Proficient in English and MS Office Suite
