•⁠ ⁠Plan and execute a variety of events — both in our venues and externally through collaborations with other brands

•⁠ ⁠Develop event concepts from idea to execution

•⁠ ⁠Engage with guests and VIP clients; build and maintain a loyal community

•⁠ ⁠Identify and secure new partnerships and collaborations to grow the brand

•⁠ ⁠Work with bloggers, media, and key opinion leaders

•⁠ ⁠Strategic planning to strengthen brand development and increase brand awareness

•⁠ ⁠Support communication and activity across social media, Telegram/WhatsApp groups together with the marketing team


Skills

•⁠ ⁠Experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or lifestyle/F&B sectors

•⁠ ⁠Strong network in Dubai — guests, influencers, agencies

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills, charisma, and a strong sense of style

•⁠ ⁠Ability to manage and deliver events of any scale

•⁠ ⁠Fluency in English; Russian/Arabic is an advantage
