Sales Executive

· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the interior fit-out sector.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

·Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are fully understood and met.

· Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.

· Negotiate contract terms and close deals with prospective clients.

· Conduct market research to understand market trends and client needs.

· Maintain an updated sales pipeline and process metrics regularly.

· Provide ongoing feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and operations.

· Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and account retention.

· Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales activity and revenue generation.

· Stay informed of new industry innovations and competitive products.

·  Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand market presence.


Skills

·      Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

·      Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the interior fit-out industry is required.

·      Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.

·      Strong understanding of interior design concepts and fit-out processes.

·      Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport.

·      Effective presentation skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

·      Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
