  • Guest services: Greet visitors and clients professionally, verify their purpose, and direct them to the right person or office.
  • Communication: Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and handle both internal and external correspondence.
  • Scheduling: Manage appointments, calendars, and conference room bookings for staff.
  • Mail and deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, and prepare outgoing mail and shipments.
  • Administrative support: Perform various clerical duties such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Office maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and organized, and monitor and order office supplies.
