• Perform laser hair removal and other dermatology or aesthetic laser procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards.
• Conduct patient consultations, including skin assessments, test patches, and pre/post-procedure counseling.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment before each session and ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of laser devices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment documentation.
• Monitor and report any adverse reactions or complications during or after procedures.
• Assist physicians in dermatology and cosmetic procedures when required.
• Ensure compliance with DOH policies, infection control standards, and clinic safety regulations.
• Educate patients on skincare, laser aftercare, and treatment plans.
• Participate in training, continuous education, and performance reviews to enhance technical knowledge and service quality.
• Support front-line operations when needed, including appointment coordination and patient flow management.
