Coordinate all outgoing dishes from the pass/window and ensure correct plating and portioning according to restaurant standards.

Review each order ticket for accuracy and completeness before handing to service staff.

Prioritize and organize orders during busy periods to ensure smooth and timely service.

Communicate clearly with chefs and waitstaff regarding special requests, allergies, modifications, and timing.

Ensure garnishes, sauces, and accompaniments are correct and consistent.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the pass/window area.

Monitor food quality, temperature, and visual presentation before dispatch.

Support kitchen team during peak times and assist with basic prep when required.


Skills

2–3 years’ experience in an Arabic cuisine restaurant or similar high-volume kitchen.

Strong knowledge of Arabic dishes, ingredients, and presentation methods.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
