Spare Parts Sales Counter Executive

Auto Parts Market is looking for a Spare Parts Sales Counter Executive with strong experience in automotive spare parts sales. Your main job will be to assist customers through WhatsApp, help them find the correct parts, check availability, and guide them through our online store.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, acting just like a counter salesperson—but online.
  • Identify the correct spare parts based on part numbers, chassis numbers, and customer descriptions.
  • Quickly search, verify, and match parts in our system and online store.
  • Provide alternatives (OEM/aftermarket) and inform customers about delivery times and pricing.
  • Assist customers in completing their orders online.
  • Coordinate with the procurement team when items are not readily available.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of fast-moving parts, brands, and common UAE vehicle models.


Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience working at a spare parts shop counter in UAE (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese, Korean, European, and American car spare parts.
  • Ability to read and search by OE numbers, brand numbers, and cross-references.
  • Experience dealing with walk-in and Whatsapp customers.
  • Good communication skills in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdú is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to customers.

Skills

Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts for Japanese, Korean, European, and American vehicles

Ability to read and search OE numbers, aftermarket numbers, and cross-reference parts

Experience using parts catalogues (Toyota EPC, Nissan FAST, Hyundai/Kia, Mercedes, BMW, etc.)

Fast and accurate parts lookup using part number, chassis/VIN, or vehicle details

Customer handling skills, similar to traditional spare parts counter roles

Good communication in English (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Malayalam is an advantage)

High accuracy and attention to detail when matching parts

Ability to offer alternatives (OEM vs aftermarket) when needed

Familiarity with pricing, stock checking, and availability coordination

Comfortable using WhatsApp, online store systems, and digital tools

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple customer chats at the same time

Basic computer skills (searching, typing, uploading, updating availability)

Problem-solving mindset to help customers who don’t know the exact part number
