Do you own the network in Deira, Jebel Ali, or the GCC import markets? Join DN International as a strategic Regional Sales Executive and earn high-value commissions by connecting large-scale importers and wholesalers with a certified, government-recognized Indian supplier.
This is a 100% commission-based position designed for ambitious industry veterans who want the freedom of freelancing with the backing of a corporate export house.
What You’ll Do
- Identify & Penetrate: Approach Tier-1 Importers, Wholesalers, and large Fleet Operators across the MENA region who require bulk Indian auto spares.
- Pitch with Authority: Present DN International’s Star Export House status and technical capabilities to differentiate us from unverified traders.
- Close B2B Deals: Negotiate commercial terms (FOB/CIF prices), payment structures (L/C, T/T), and close container-load orders.
- Manage the Relationship: Act as the bridge between the client and our India HQ, ensuring clear communication regarding technical specs, samples, and shipping schedules.
- Market Intelligence: Report on fast-moving part numbers, competitor pricing, and packaging trends in your specific territory.

- Recurring Income: You own the account. Every time your client re-orders (which is frequent in spare parts), you get paid.

- Phase 1: Proven Sales Performer (Individual Commission).
- Phase 2: Team Leader Promotion. Once you hit consistent volume targets, we authorize you to build your own sales team. You will earn an Override Commission on every sale your team makes.
- Phase 3: Country Head. Top performers may be invited to lead a fully authorized regional office.
Who You Are
- Based in the GCC: Ideally located in trading hubs like Dubai, Sharjah, Riyadh, or key UAE capitals.
- Industry Insider: You must have an active, existing network of automotive spare parts importers.
- Technical Expert: You know the difference between spares of different brand. You understand part numbers and quality grades (OEM vs. Aftermarket).
- Trade Fluent: You are comfortable discussing Letters of Credit (LC), Bills of Lading, and INCOTERMS.
- Self-Driven: You don't need a boss to tell you to make calls. You treat this as your own business.
- Language: Fluent in English, Hindi is required. Arabic is a strong advantage.

Skills
Active Network: Must possess an existing, warm database of automotive importers and wholesalers in key hubs (Deira, Sharjah, Dragon Mart, or other GCC capitals).
Product Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of fast-moving 2/3/4-wheeler. LCV and HCV spares (Bajaj, TVS, Hero, Honda) and ability to distinguish OEM vs. Aftermarket quality.
Export Fluency: Strong understanding of INCOTERMS (FOB/CIF), Letters of Credit (LC), and import documentation (SASO/SONCAP).
B2B Sales DNA: Proven track record in closing high-volume container deals and negotiating prices with tough trade buyers.
Communication: Fluency in English, Hindi is mandatory. Arabic is a strong advantage.
Self-Starter: A disciplined "Hunter" mentality, capable of working remotely and generating leads without daily supervision.
