Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support all phases of fit-out or construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, drawings, submittals, RFIs, and material approvals.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Monitor site progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Follow up on procurement schedules, material delivery, and installation progress.
  • Support project meetings by preparing minutes, follow-up actions, and reports for management.
  • Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the construction or interior fit-out sector within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of project management processes, materials, and site operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • UAE driving license is an advantage.
