Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of fundraisers to achieve daily and monthly donor acquisition targets.
  • Conduct field coaching, on-site training, and regular performance evaluations.
  • Support and guide team members to improve communication, presentation, and donor engagement skills.
  • Drive team productivity and ensure professionalism and compliance with organizational standards.
  • Coordinate with management on performance updates, training needs, and operational requirements.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field coaching, fundraising, or sales leadership.
  • Strong communication, motivational, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage performance and deliver results in a target-driven environment.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work in dynamic field conditions.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage.
