This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales & Client Relations Executive, located in Dubai UAE. The role focuses on converting leads into qualified prospects, driving sales opportunities, and delivering an excellent customer experience.


Daily tasks include engaging with walk-in clients, explaining project details, making outbound cold calls, nurturing leads, managing client accounts, and ensuring a smooth sales journey from enquiry to closure.


The role requires strong sales skills, proactive communication, and close coordination with internal teams to achieve sales targets and maintain high client satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous real estate or telesales experience (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ability to explain product details clearly and confidently.
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
