We are currently looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition – Technical Recruiter to join our team based in Dubai Internet City. Apar Technologies is a global IT services and consulting company specializing in Technology Services, Managed Services, and Staff Augmentation across diverse domains and geographies.

Role Overview:

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery for IT roles across our regional and global clients. You will work closely with hiring managers and delivery heads to understand technical requirements, identify suitable talent, and ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for niche technology roles (e.g., Cloud, Data, DevOps, ERP, Application Development, and Infrastructure).
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, internal databases, and referrals.
  • Evaluate technical and cultural fit through structured interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and dashboards using ATS tools.
  • Partner with business and delivery teams to anticipate hiring needs and ensure proactive talent mapping.
  • Support both permanent recruitment and staff augmentation requirements for clients across UAE and GCC.



Skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in IT, HR, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in technical recruitment within IT services or consulting environments.
  • Strong understanding of IT technologies, skill stacks, and hiring trends.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in GCC recruitment is an advantage.
