Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing departments.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and ensure timely responses.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate and follow up on sales inquiries and client requests.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, records, and documentation.
  • Support the marketing team with basic tasks such as scheduling posts, preparing materials, and coordinating campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and internal events.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office assistant, sales, or marketing support role is preferred.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional and positive attitude with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Must be on her own visa
