Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with at least 3 years of experience in IT, focusing on sales management, account management, and customer retention. The CSM will ensure customer satisfaction, adoption, and expansion of our cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the main point of contact for accounts post-sales.
- Drive adoption, onboarding, and usage of products and services.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with the sales team.
- Provide regular account reviews, reporting, and customer health analysis.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalate when needed.
