Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Product Specialist who is passionate about digital solutions and customer experience. As a key member of the Digital Team, this role acts as a bridge between business and IT, supporting the implementation and optimization of digital systems that drive commercial growth across GCC markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Product Development:
- Assist in executing product enhancements and feature rollouts across platforms such as Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud), SAP Hybris, Syndigo, Adobe Experience Manager, and Agent Platforms.
- System Maintenance & Optimization:
- Monitor and maintain digital systems, ensuring smooth operations and identifying areas for improvement.
- Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of digital initiatives using agile methodologies.
- Data & Performance Tracking:
- Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide insights to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Support UAT, SIT, and Smoke Testing for new features and system updates to ensure quality and functionality.
- Documentation & Process Support:
- Maintain accurate documentation of workflows, processes, and system configurations.
Skills
Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2–4 years in Digital Transformation, Consulting, or Digital Product Management.
- Technical Skills:
- Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications
- Familiarity with integrated digital architectures
- Knowledge of analytics and performance tracking tools

- Strong analytical skills for process and system optimization
- Ability to document and manage end-to-end processes
- Exposure to eCommerce, Direct-to-Consumer, or Retail environments
