Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to generate sales or business leads by contacting potential customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong persuasion ability, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services
- Generate and qualify sales leads and convert them into customers when applicable
- Clearly explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing
- Maintain a polite, professional, and engaging conversation with clients
- Follow provided scripts to deliver accurate information
- Address customer queries, provide solutions, and handle objections effectively
- Maintain and update customer records in the database or CRM
- Achieve monthly or weekly call and sales targets
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships
- Coordinate with the sales or operations team for smooth processing
Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Proven telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience (added advantage)
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, or other languages
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
- Basic knowledge of computers, Excel, and CRM software (preferred)
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
