Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hearing Aid Lab & Production Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in producing custom ear molds, repairing hearing aids, and working with 3D modeling and printing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality control, troubleshooting, and repairs of hearing aids.
• Design and produce custom ear molds using 3D modeling software and medical 3D printing devices.
• Maintain and service hearing devices to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance lab processes and innovation.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction through technical expertise and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in ear mold production and hearing aid repair.
• Strong experience with 3D modeling software.
• 1-2 years experience with 3D printing devices (hearing or dental applications preferred).
• Technical troubleshooting skills and high attention to detail.
• Technical diploma or certification in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
