Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Growth Officer for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The CGO will drive strategic growth initiatives, oversee marketing and sales strategies, and identify new business opportunities and partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales and marketing teams, analyzing market trends, optimizing customer acquisition strategies, and aligning growth efforts with the company’s long-term vision. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in expanding Peko's market presence and driving revenue growth.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Sales, Business Development, and managing high-performing sales teams Proven track record in Sales Management and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to meet organizational goals Experience in Marketing and Digital Marketing, with a focus on driving brand awareness and customer engagement Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong internal and external relationships Prior leadership experience in a growth-focused role, ideally in the technology or financial services sector Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of business operations
