Service Delivery
• Provide professional beauty services (hair, nails, facial, waxing, lashes, etc.) depending on the position.
• Maintain high hygiene standards and follow proper sanitation protocols.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive client experience.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate treatments or styles.

Customer Care
• Welcome clients warmly and maintain a friendly, respectful attitude.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure full satisfaction.
• Promote salon offers, packages, and memberships when needed.

Operational Duties
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Ensure tools and equipment are sterilized regularly.
• Maintain salon image, cleanliness, and overall ambiance.
• Follow salon policies, procedures, and service standards.

Teamwork & Communication
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

• Previous experience in a ladies’ salon (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, tools, and techniques.
