Job description

We are seeking a highly organized Manufacturing Manager to oversee product preparation, fulfilment, quality checks, and coordination with our UK and China production teams. You will manage incoming orders, ensure stock accuracy, and maintain seamless communication across the supply chain. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands structured, high-quality product operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full manufacturing and order-handling workflow.

• Coordinate daily tasks with the UK production team and Dubai operations.

• Oversee stock levels, inventory room organization, and order accuracy.

• Plan and prepare product batches based on demand forecasts.

• Perform quality checks before dispatch.

• Communicate with the China Logistics Manager regarding deliveries and restock cycles.

• Maintain documentation for stock, packaging, and product changes.

• Ensure all safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are met.

• Work closely with the Shipping & Order Fulfilment team to complete daily orders.

• Experience in operations, manufacturing, fulfilment, or supply chain management.

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

• Ability to manage high order volumes with consistency and accuracy.

• Comfortable overseeing physical stock, packaging, and product preparation.

• Experience using inventory software or spreadsheets is preferred.

• Must be based in Dubai and available for onsite work at our Business Bay office.
