Front Office Receptionist
Start Date: Immediate Permanent role
We're looking for a polished, service-driven Customer Delight Executive to be the face of a premium serviced office centre in Downtown Dubai.
In this role, you will:
• Manage reception and front-office operations with a high level of professionalism
• Deliver exceptional client service, handle requests, and support meeting room setups
• Ensure the centre always looks immaculate and aligned with brand standards
• Oversee client onboarding, admin, CRM updates, mail handling, and daily reporting
• Coordinate catering, stationery, and all operational support needs
• Assist with meeting room bookings, client tours, and upselling services
• Liaise with housekeeping, pantry, and security teams
• Support compliance, safety, and day-to-day operational procedures

Skills
What we're looking for:
• 3+ years' UAE experience in front office, corporate, premium service environments
• Strong communication, organisation, and client-facing skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple tasks
• Professional presentation and excellent English
• MS Office proficiency
