Main Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Performance: Proactively seek out and develop new clients (including individual consumers and potential B2B channels), achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets through various online and offline methods.
  2. Customer Consultation & Service: Provide professional and patient consultation to customers, answering all questions regarding mobile phone models, specifications, performance, pricing, and warranty policies to facilitate transactions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  3. Product Knowledge Expert: Possess in-depth knowledge of all brands of second-hand mobile phones in stock (e.g., Apple, Samsung, Huawei, etc.), including models, configurations, market valuation, strengths, and weaknesses. Accurately recommend the most suitable products to customers.
  4. Market Insight: Continuously monitor trends, price fluctuations, competitor activities, and information on newly released models in the Dubai/UAE second-hand mobile phone market, and provide timely feedback to management.
  5. Negotiation & Closing: Skillfully utilize sales techniques to negotiate prices with customers, handle bargaining, and successfully close deals.
  6. Relationship Maintenance: Build and maintain a loyal customer base, encouraging repeat purchases and referrals through excellent after-sales follow-up and service.
  7. Data Management: Accurately record sales data, customer information, and inventory status, using the company's designated system for daily reporting.


Skills

Requirements:

  1. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in the UAE (Dubai preferred). Experience in mobile phone/electronics retail or second-hand goods sales is highly advantageous.
  2. Language Proficiency: Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  3. Skills & Abilities: Genuine passion for and understanding of smartphones. Excellent persuasion, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Results-oriented, self-motivated. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  4. Education: Bachelor's degree or above. A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus, but practical experience and proven performance are valued more.
