We are excited to announce the upcoming launch of Nova Luma Properties, a new and dynamic real estate company based in the UAE. As we prepare for this exciting journey, we are looking for an experienced ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER to support daily operations.
Our company will have a strong international focus, especially in Spain and Latin America, connecting global investors with the UAE’s booming real estate market.
Role Overview
The Administrative Officer will oversee office coordination, documentation, compliance submissions, client support, basic HR processes, and assist the sales team with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
· Manage daily office operations and scheduling.
· Handle documentation: tenancy contracts, NDAs, listing forms, forms A/B, receipts, etc.
· Coordinate with developers, DLD, RERA portals, and government systems when needed.
· Maintain organized filing and data record systems.
· Support onboarding of new agents and HR tasks.
· Assist with marketing coordination and CRM updates.
· Provide general support to management and the sales team.
Skills
Requirements
· Experience in administrative roles (real estate experience is mandatory).
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in MS Office / CRM systems.
· ENGLISH REQUIRED. Any additional language is a plus.
· Customer-service mindset and problem-solving attitude.
