Position Overview:
The Juice Maker is responsible for preparing fresh juices, smoothies, and basic coffee beverages in a fast-paced food kiosk (container kitchen). The role requires attention to detail, strong hygiene practices, and the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality drinks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare fresh juices, smoothies, lemonade, and other beverage items.
• Operate juicers, blenders, ice machines, and basic coffee equipment.
• Make simple coffee drinks (Americano, latte, cappuccino) when required.
• Follow standard recipes to ensure consistent taste and portion sizes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized beverage station.
• Wash and properly sanitize equipment after each use.
• Restock fruits, ice, milk, syrups, and other supplies.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Assist with handing over orders when needed.
• Report low stock or equipment issues to the supervisor.

Skills

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Juice Maker or Barista is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation.
• Ability to work in a small, fast-paced environment (container kitchen).
• Strong hygiene habits and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
