Job Title: Kitchen Cleaner

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Kitchen Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and organization in our kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will ensure that all cleanliness standards are met, contributing to a safe and hygienic workspace for kitchen staff and food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, and surfaces regularly.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in maintaining stock levels of cleaning supplies and report needs to management.
• Follow proper sanitation practices and maintain safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned by the supervising chef or kitchen manager.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a cleaning role, preferably in a kitchen or food service environment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, as necessary.
